About Course
COURSE OUTLINE
- COURSE DESCRIPTION
More and more people are coming to Christ who lack teaching on the fundamental truths of the Bible. Until these primary concepts are quite clear, richer and higher concepts of God’s Word will be difficult, if not impossible, to grasp. This course on Back to Basics is a primer for understanding the Bible doctrines that shape and motivate our Christian living. It is easy for new converts to embrace our responses without understanding the reason we respond to God as we do. It is great to accept Christ in faith, but we have a need to know some of the facts that produced our faith. Peter wrote, “But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have” (1 Peter 3:15 NIV).
