Registration Process

Our registration process is quite simple:

1. Write, Call or visit our office to get the registration form

2. Complete the admission form

3. Pay the admission fee of KES 1000/= (Mpesa PayBill No. 977826)

4. Register for preferred courses and pay the relevant fees and start your training

The Learning Process

You will be given a minimum of two hours of orientation to familiarize you with the learning process. Thereafter, you will have access to your trainers through the phone, email or by appointment. Your instructors will be available to give you all the support you need to complete your study as soon as possible depending on your personal initiative.

 

Your Study Options

You have three options of study to choose from:

1. The indipendend Study is best for self driven learners who want to study on their own

2. The Elearning study option is available to students who prefer to interact with their instructor and other learners online

3. The Hybrid learning option combines the class attendance and private study

Whichever option you prefer you will need to compete and submit the prescribed assignments to meet the course requirements

E-learning

  • Elearning Elearning mode of study is available to those who prefer to work online, and those who do not need hard copies of your learning materials
  • You will receive more detailed orientation on elearning procedures upon registration
  • Course materials will be posted on our elearning management System platform for you to download or read online
  • Your instructor will post questions and instructions for study on regular basis for discussion
  • You will post your answers to the the questions on the BlackBoard discussion forum

Indipendent Study

Indipendent Study

1.You will receive a soft copy of all your learning materials including course syllabus, workbooks and assignments for free

2. Hard copies of your learning materials will be made available on request at cost photocopying

3. You will study on your own and submit prescribed assignements fro grading

  4. You will get support from your instructor including feedback on your assignments

  5. The length of study will depend on your speed to complete prescribed assignments

Hybrid Study Option

Hybrid study option combines the benefits of the indipendent study and elearning option. In this case:

1. You will meet with your instructor for one day each month (Usually on a Saturday) to discuss the subject matter

2. You will then have a full month to work on the prescribed assignments and hand in your work in the following class session.

N.B. This happens to be the prefered mode of study for many students

Advantages

  •   You have an opportunity to share your challenges with your instructor and other learners

Disadvantage

  • You will have to incur extra cost of travelling to class

  • Faster learners can finish in 6 months
  • The Diploma Course will take you up to 150 hours to complete working from home.
  • This is a Level 3 course and will give you 150 CPD (Continued Professional Development) points.

The total cost of the course is expected to be paid before the end of your first year in the program. But to encourage faster completion we have an easy payment plan as shown below

Easy Payment Plan

  • Register with 1000/=,
  • Pay 4000/= First Installment
  • Pay 1000/= monthly until you finish the Course.

NOTE: The longer you take to finish, the more you pay
